  •  What is Be the Change?
Be the Change is an exclusive custom collection in Blue Orchid Store. The designs are created to inspire you, reminding you that everyday is an opportunity to be a light in the lives of others. Be the Change you want to see!
  • What is NEVERQUIT?
NEVERQUIT is a custom collection in Blue Orchid Store.  It's designs are to encourage you to press on to reach your goals.  Regardless of how challenging the obstacle may be you can make it!  You just have to  NEVERQUIT!
  • What is Know You?
Know You is a custom line in Blue Orchid Store whose apparel uplifts and inspires you to understand who you truly are.
  • When should I get my order?
Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 10 - 20 business days to process and ship (approximately 30 days at most).  However, most of our orders are delivered within 2 weeks.  This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
  • Do your shirts fit tight?
Our shirts are designed to fit true to size.  However, it is important that you are knowledgeable of the accurate size to ensure that you are ordering the correct size at the time of purchase.
  • I received a suspicious DM asking for personal information, is this legitimate?
@blueorchidstore is our only verified page on Instagram. If any page other than @blueorchidstore is tagging you saying you've won a giveaway it is a scam. We DO NOT do cash giveaways! Any page posing as Blue Orchid Store asking for any personal information including cash app or bank account info through DM is a scamPlease DO NOT respond!

 

Orders

  • How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
Blue Orchid Store is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. For more details on our ordering policies please see the "ORDERS" page.
  • How Can I Track My Order

Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking link will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, most orders may take up to 2-4 weeks(which includes production and shipping) to arrive at your destination.  When you receive the confirmation email you will have the opportunity to use the tracking feature to follow your package to delivery.

  • I Placed An Order But I Never Received A Confirmation Email

If you do not receive an email from Blue Orchid Store within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder.  Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email customerservice@blueorchidstore.com.
  • I Placed An Order But I haven't Seen Any Movement From Blue Orchid Store, What's Going On?
If you see no movement it may have not been shipped yet, but no worries! As soon as it does we will be sure to send you tracking information.  As a reminder, all orders may take up to 2-4 weeks.
  • Why Was My Order Canceled?

There are several reasons why your order may have been canceled:

  1. The item(s) sold out.
  2. There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
  3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
  • If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be issued via store credit. Store credit issued refunds can take up to 1-2 business days to clear. If your order is canceled and you used an E-Gift Card to purchase, please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.
  • I Only Received A Partial Order. Where is The Rest of My Order?

Don’t worry!

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we went on and shipped what was available from that printer.  The rest of your order will arrive soon. We’ll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!

  • What Are All Of Your Payment Options?
All of our payment options, which include all major credit cards, are listed at the bottom of the homepage of our website.

Shipping

  • How Do I Know If My Item Has Shipped And Is On Its Way?

When your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email used to place the order. When it's ready to leave the Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center.
  • Do You Ship Internationally?
 Blue Orchid Store currently does not ship internationally.
  • Do You Refund Shipping Fees?

Blue Orchid Store would review any shipping issues such as damaged goods, missing items, etc.  If there is any damage to your items you will need to take a picture and forward it to our customer service department via email (at customerservice@blueorchidstore.com) and we will review the situation and get back in touch with you as soon as possible.  Upon review of the damage and/or circumstance we will do all that we can to ensure that your situation or concern is resolved and that may include a full refund of your shipping fees, if warranted.

  • I Received A Damaged Item, What Do I Do?
We're sorry about that! To report a damaged item please send an email to customerservice@blueorchidstore.com.
  • What If My Order Is Returned To Sender?
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to an obstruction, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Once your order is delivered back to us we'll send and email with information to arrange a re-delivery. If we don't receive a response within 3 business days the order will be restocked and a store credit.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information i.e suite or apartment numbers. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
